All services are customized based on client requirements and delivered digitally.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments for services are to be made in advance or as per agreed milestones.
  • All invoices must be paid on time to avoid delays in project delivery.
  • We accept payments through Razorpay, bank transfer, UPI, and other authorized channels.
  • Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Project Timelines

Timelines are provided in proposals or quotes and may vary based on project scope. Delays caused by the client (late content, feedback, etc.) may extend the timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The client retains ownership of all content provided by them.
  • We retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.
  • All custom-developed code and designs will be handed over to the client upon full payment.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data and project information. No data will be shared with third parties without prior consent.

7. Revisions & Scope Changes

  • We offer limited revisions as defined in the project scope.
  • Any additional features or major scope changes will be billed separately.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss, site downtime, or third-party software issues.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Projects can be canceled by either party with written notice.
  • In the event of cancellation, completed work will be delivered and billed accordingly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City, India].
