At Airwebs Business Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality web design and development services tailored to our clients’ specific requirements. As our services are digital, customized, and time-intensive, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

🔄 Cancellation Policy

Project Initiation: Once a project has been initiated (post-kickoff call or planning document approval), it is considered active and cannot be canceled for a full refund.
Client-Requested Cancellation: If a client wishes to cancel before actual development work begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting consultation and planning charges.
Agency-Requested Cancellation: If we are unable to deliver the service due to internal constraints, a full refund will be issued.

💰 Refund Policy

Since all our services are custom-developed and digital in nature, we do not offer refunds once the work has started or been partially/completely delivered.

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment made by the client.
Payment made in error and the project has not been started.
In rare cases, if both parties mutually agree to terminate the project due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

📌 Non-Refundable Items

Domain name registrations, hosting services, SSL certificates, or any third-party software purchases made on behalf of the client.
Custom design or development work that has already been delivered or initiated.
